seed, ticket, winner
Every PonGo pack has exactly one winner, and the pick is made by numbers nobody controls. Here is the full draw, from the holder list to the winning wallet.
*Odds, insured value ranges and stock come from Collector Crypt's live machine config and move as packs are pulled.
*Numbers on this page are as of October 2026. The Live Bot page always shows the current state.

(01)
Who is
in the draw
Every wallet holding 50,000 tokens or more at snapshot time. Your share of the eligible balance is your share of the ticket range.
Wallets owned by programs are excluded: pools, the bonding curve, vaults and the bot wallet. The check reads the owning program of each account, there is no hand list.
(02)
The snapshot
hash
Eligible holders are sorted by wallet ascending and written as "wallet:balance" lines. sha256 of those lines is the snapshot hash.
The hash, the slot, the holder count and the total weight are stored with the pack and shown on its page.
(03)
The seed
nobody can steer
seed = sha256("pongo:v1|" + blockhash + "|" + snapshotHash + "|" + snapshotId). The blockhash is finalized at snapshot time, so it is fixed before anyone knows the result.
Not the team, not the bot, not a holder can move the seed without changing the chain itself.
(04)
From the ticket
to the wallet
ticket = seed mod totalWeight. Walk the sorted holders and add up balances. The first wallet whose running total passes the ticket wins.
The pack is then bought with that wallet as the recipient, so the card lands with the winner directly.
