Snapshot

Focused on holders,
PonGoThe snapshot.

Every pack starts with a snapshot of holders taken right before the bot pays. Weighted by balance, minimum 50,000 tokens.

Pools, the bonding curve and the bot wallet are excluded by checking the owning program, not a hand list.

Eligible holders are sorted by wallet ascending and hashed as "wallet:balance" lines into the snapshot hash.

The snapshot hash, the holder count and the total weight are saved with the pack, so anyone can check the list later.PonGothe answer PonGo gives to "who gets the card", in numbers.

Seed

(The Seed)

"Blockhash"

The seed is the finalized blockhash at snapshot time, hashed together with the snapshot.

PonGoseed = sha256("pongo:v1|" + blockhash + "|" + snapshotHash + "|" + snapshotId). Nobody, including the bot, can steer it.

ticket = seed mod totalWeight. Walk the sorted list of cumulative weights, and the wallet whose range contains the ticket wins. PonGoEvery pack page shows the slot, the blockhash, the snapshot hash, the total weight, the seed and the ticket.

Recompute it yourself and you land on the same wallet, every time.

About the Ticket

One ticket, one winner, one pack.
Weighted by balance means a bigger bag owns a bigger slice of the ticket range. Every holder above 50,000 tokens is in.
And the pack is bought with the winning wallet as the recipient, so the card never touches the bot.
