The Bot
PonGo runs on one bot wallet. It is the creator of the coin, so every trade sends it a creator fee. It claims those fees on its own and turns them into packs.
*Odds, insured value ranges and stock come from Collector Crypt's live machine config and move as packs are pulled.
*Numbers on this page are as of October 2026. The Live Bot page always shows the current state.

How the bot claims fees
and saves for a pack
Fees to cards bot
claims every tick
(01)
Fees from
every trade
Every buy and sell of the coin pays a creator fee on pump.fun, on the bonding curve and after migration alike.
Those fees accrue to the bot wallet, the coin creator.
(02)
Claimed
every tick
Once a minute the bot checks its creator vaults and claims what has built up, in one transaction you can see on chain.
The Live Bot page shows fees claimed, fees not yet claimed and the SOL in the bot wallet.
(03)
Saving for
the next pack
The bot compares its saved fees with the price of the current pack on the ladder. The progress bar on the Live Bot page is that comparison.
A small reserve stays in the wallet for network fees, everything else goes to packs.
(04)
The ladder
decides the size
The pack the bot saves for follows 5-minute volume: Starter at the base, then Elite, Bronze, Legendary, Hyper, Grail, Mythic and Celestial.
Up instantly when volume climbs, down only after 10 quiet minutes.
