Bronze Pokémon Gacha Pack
Bronze Pokémon Gacha Pack
Every Bronze pack the bot rips leaves a full trail on chain: the holder snapshot, the seed, the ticket, the swap, the payment, the delivery and the machine's own proof. This is how to read it.
Proof of a pick, step by step. Open any rip from the Live Bot page and follow along.

The snapshot
before the payment
Right before paying for a Bronze pack, the bot lists every wallet holding 50,000 tokens or more. Pools, the bonding curve and the bot itself are left out by checking the owning program.
The list is sorted by wallet and hashed as "wallet:balance" lines. The hash, the holder count and the total weight are saved with the pack.
(02)
The seed
and the ticket
The seed is sha256 of "pongo:v1", the finalized blockhash at snapshot time, the snapshot hash and the snapshot id. The ticket is the seed modulo the total weight.
Walk the sorted list of cumulative balances. The wallet whose range contains the ticket wins the Bronze pack. Same numbers in, same wallet out, every time.
(03)
Swap, pay,
deliver
The bot swaps just enough SOL to USDC for $100, then pays the Collector Crypt machine with the winning wallet set as the recipient.
The machine opens the pack and sends the slab NFT straight to the winner. The card never passes through the bot wallet.
(04)
The machine
proves the card
Which card came out is the machine's VRF. Every pack page links to Collector Crypt's verify-selection page for its memo, where the roll is replayed against the on chain record.
Two independent proofs, one pack: PonGo's draw picks the wallet, the machine's VRF picks the card.
