The Hyper Pokémon Gacha is the hyper step of the PonGo ladder. The bot buys it when 5-minute volume holds $40,000 or more, pays for it with creator fees only, and sends the card inside to one holder drawn from the snapshot.

Four rarity tiers,
one roll from the machine
Every Hyper pack is one graded card. The machine rolls a number from 1 to 100,000,000 and the roll lands in one of four tiers: Common 75%, Uncommon 20%, Rare 4%, Epic 1%.
The roll is Collector Crypt's VRF, seeded by the signature on the open transaction and committed on chain in the award memo. Nobody picks the card by hand.
(02)
What each tier
is worth
Common cards sit between $250 and $500 of insured value. Uncommon between $500 and $1,000. Rare between $1,000 and $2,500. Epic from $2,500 up to $50,001.
Weighted by the odds, the pack is worth about $526 on average, against a $500 price. Every card is a real PSA slab in an insured vault.
(03)
What is in the machine
right now
Stock at the time of writing: 1,006 Common, 1,037 Uncommon, 437 Rare and 139 Epic slabs.
If a machine closes or runs dry, the bot simply reaches for the next open pack on the ladder, so the fees never sit idle.
(04)
When the bot
reaches for it
The Hyper pack opens up once the 5-minute volume of the coin holds $40,000 or more. The bot steps up instantly when volume climbs, and steps down only after volume stays under the floor for 10 minutes.
When the saved fees cover $500, the bot snapshots holders, draws one wallet, swaps SOL to USDC and buys the pack with that wallet as the recipient.
